Description of the artists
The artist group SCHAUM was founded in 2009 in Rostock.
SCHAUM's aim is to work together artistically while still preserving individual identity. This results in both individual works that may reference each other, as well as collective performances and interventions where individual contributions merge into a unified whole. This means that under a common exhibition concept, there are works of multiple authorship, involving all active members, as well as group works in which two members collaborate, alongside individual works by the members, which come together in a shared context.
Winner of the art competition "Remembrance and reminder of Rostock-Lichtenhagen 1992".
